Hey, love the game! I just unlocked Clara, but I have no option to gain paranoia. Any tips? The only quest in my book is to raise paranoia :(
To initially gain paranoia points, you need to go to the cemetery during the afternoon and interact with Clara. By selecting the “Romance” option, a new option to compliment her will become available. Doing so will reward you with paranoia points.
