I think there's something wrong with my Sandshrew.

For reference, I played level 1 a couple times, unlocked level 2, did something else for a couple hours, and when I came back and loaded my game this happened.

Also in the main menu the sprite is the map sprite instead of the regular front sprite.

Oh wow, that's super weird! I haven't encountered this bug before. Does it correct itself if you refresh the page? I'll look into it right away

I refreshed the page, reloaded my save, and the issue remains.

Deleted my save. On the starter select menu, the display defaulted to Sandshrew (with the same visual bug) but once I clicked on my proper starter everything seems back to normal

I'm sorry you had to restart your run :( I honestly have no idea why this is happening, it's very very odd. I will be doing everything I can to fix it!
Edit: I rolled out another update regarding some stat issues. I haven't found the cause of this yet, as I haven't been able to recreate it.

From the very limited information about it online, it seems to be a limitation on your browser, which causes the runtime to corrupt, if the tab has been left running for a while. I'm actively looking for a fix here, but it's not easy honestly, as I have no idea why this is happening

Hi again! Thought I should let you know, I've rewritten the entire saving system, allowing players to save their data on a .txt file. This should eliminate this bug
