I was able to get a win by: annoying Elizabeth > annoying Roara > poke Cecilia once > annoy everyone and hope to god you get good rng!
I really liked the intro and if the annoyance wasn't rng you would have more of a puzzle game in your hands. Similar to "Lights Out". Different levels/layouts~ tease the brain cells!
