I saw the screen shots, and thought this looks like the dev didn't know what he was doing in using more than 1 bit. Then I played the first level and it was a nicely tuned platformer with just 2 colours.

Only in the second level did I notice the colours, but they were more like a glitch which felt intentional but spooky at the same time. I have to discount that buzz it gave me because it breached the 1 bit rule.

It was a well tuned platformer IMO. The jumps didn't require pixel precision but did require concentration. That glitch effect was a big part of that concentration challenge, unfortunately. I won't give you a pass for that, but you could have achieved very similar in 1 bit.

Then I missed a jump, that I didn't want to miss, it being the last level, and I just trundled around the bottom of the screen alive but in limbo. Truly the depths!

yeah that last jump is quite a tricky one. also the glitch is more of like a "breaking the forth wall" thing and i thought you could use post processing so i decided to go with that
