First of all congratulations. I really hope Steam doesnt slam it down last second. Second, is there a possibility for a one Time Purchase here on itch? Steam doesnt allow this Type of Games where im from (Region locked) and i dont trust these Subscription Sites

Yes, the game will also be available here on Itch.
But the game on Steam is SFW (with the patch available here or in the discord) so even in your country it should be available.

Monstergirl Hunters will be hosted on Steam. The patch to make it Ero Hunters will be hosted on itch.

What country are you from? I tried the usual suspects with VPN (Germany/Brazil/Russia) but those all work fine.
