The default rest site is the Fertility Goddess Lounge, which will always allow you to either rest if your mana is below your max or start the festival if everyone is done.
I can make the rest link threshold after impregnation scenes more generous, right now it will only appear if your mana is lower than 25, but that appears to be too low. Thank you for the feedback.
