The adult scenes for some reason when animation plays, and you continue to another angle, it still shows the same one but frozen.
So, you'd have to save then restart the game and load for the new animation to show. Only sometimes on some scenes they play fine.
This also happens in gallery.
1. AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, MSI GeForce RTX 3060 GPU with 12GB VRAM, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 1080p@144hz (Game is locked to 60FPS).
2. The game is installed on an SSD, so I doubt it's a loading issue. Since they're like frozen to the first animation that played and I can hear the audio change but no new animation loads until I save on that spot and restart while some only shows black screen even after restarting on that spot.
I've played all your other games and this is the only game where this issue happens. It is also specific to the adult animations while other normal animations play fine. If you need a video recording showing the issue, I can do that as well.
I tested it on my laptop and that bug doesn't happen there.
So, I can only think of the reason being my refresh rate of 144hz on my desktop which does cause issues with certain games where it's meant to be played at 60FPS, although this game was already locked at that.
After some testing, I finally figured out the solution. I manually configured this game on NVIDIA Control Panel and set monitor technology from G-Sync to Fixed Refresh Rate, and that fixed the issue for me.
Edit: Actually, I noticed I had VSync globally set to fast. Simply turning that off also fixes the issue without requiring to configure the game.
