Well, did you have anything extremely noteworthy there? If there's only a few small projects, you could probably recreate them fast enough. Also, look on the bright side: you can learn from your mistakes and write down your passwords. And/or make local backups of your projects incase you lose those too.
Did the Minecraft project get anywhere in development? Did you get any 3D even working?
I think Minecraft is too much for Scratch to handle, I once made a barebones wireframe renderer, and it ran like shit on a laptop. Mobile devices are usually lower-end, meaning they probably couldn't run much at all, especially on Scratch, itself being unoptimized to hell.
