hello does anyone here know how to activate the voice acting? I wanna play the game with voice acting but I don't see the activation button

when i played, there were just some scenes with voices. most of them don't have it.

I watched an entire Video multiple actually and there were voice acting throughout the entire thing

Probably just the streamers doing voices, I saw those too. There are specific scenes where the characters do speak
