Dungeon rewards are the highest individual amounts you can earn (it's 500 xp * the dungeon star rating). Other than that, no legitimate ways. You can always go into the console and increase the amount manually, though.
sneak_skill.xp_gain(1000) <-- will give you 1000 xp in Sneak.
