Hi everyone! As a FYI, the upcoming base game update for the Royalty and Legacy pack (expected on February 3rd, 2026) is going to heavily impact the PSRO.
One of the upcoming changes is a revision of how the family tree systems works and how the game tracks family relationships, which is going to make the method I use for creating family relationships on new save start stop working. It will also remove some of the family relationships set via the PSRO in existing save files.
If you want to keep using the PSRO as it currently is, or are playing with one of the families that had family relationships set using the PSRO, then please go offline and do not update.
I am expecting to have to make some significant changes to the mod to get it working again after the update goes live. I should be able to e-patch it and get the visual overhauls, new skills and traits, and non-family relationships working, but I do not have an ETA on the rest of the mod. I am hoping to restore all of the functions but can't guarantee it.
This may depend on other modders updating the tools I use.
