to get sb3 i use extension called resources saver, it lets u download all asset from the itch.io game. click play button and inspect game and u find html in devtools and click that, now use extension to start downloading
if it doesn't work and ur html has less try again until html is valid. also works on zip htmls too, sometimes u get assets folder. if no sb3 or project.json grab the json file by finding it in devtools network
this doesn't work on cocrea mods bc it gives no content u have to manually download every asset from devtools, con is u don't get full pack and no project.json som thinfs r still missing
resources saver is useable in devtools, switch ur ui to legacy in the settings if not available after installed
thanks. I've been able to get pmps of some projects like majorunki and others. I've been trying to get sb3s of unremixable cocrea projects, though, like funbox pyramixed pluse, a recreation of splunko, and yandere tunner remake. It turns out it's hard for me to get the assets, so I was wondering if you could try to get the sb3s. And don't worry. I understand it can take hours to get the assets and turn it into a project. and when you do get the sb3s, will cocrea allow the extensions since the projects were made inside cocrea?

hi, glad to hear it's working. since using the control + s to get the sb3 of itch mods it didn't work for me and idk why so i used an extension instead
the thing is, the extension doesn't work for cocrea, especially the javascript code used to get sb3 of the project. u need to get assets manually from devtools in the network. the issue is cocrea doesn't provide project.json and full sb3, last time i tried there were missing assets, i tried this with sky and you. another downside is i'm not good at recreating so the least i can do is compile them with remaining assets. however there's a way to get cocrea mods, if u see a remix button that isn't greyed out and tells u it's not permitted, get the project id by clicking the share button and going into embed and get the project id after "embed/" and then put this in it "cocrea.world/gandi/project/PROJECT_ID". that's how i got parasprunki and others. if remix button is greyed then ur out of luck
hopefully i'd be able to find a way to get cocrea mods
and yes bc projects are made on cocrea they allow the extensions that r compatible with them, however ones with the gandi extension can't be run on scratch/turbowarp/penguinmod
EDIT: the ctrl + s does work, i'm just stupid. u just need to wait for html to finish downloading assets while not showing the full progress. the extension can be an alternative for now
quick note: I just realized you added splunko to your sb3 pack. Also, for some reason, when i tried to get the sb3 for yandere tunner by coolskull212, I copied your steps, but instead it showed me this, plus my html file was 1 kb, and i'm using v.0.1.8 version of resources saver. How were you able to get v2.6.6, and what did i do wrong?
click the resource extension in ur extension list and select the latest version. u should be able to get it by restarting now
also for that 1kb i encountered the same issue many times, u have to redownload it until it gets the full size. for that which now i just use ctrl + save to download the html unless it's zip, i alternate using an extension

Also you said something about using ctrl + . Is it a way to get the cocrea sb3? Can you show me tutorial (if possible). Maybe you could try getting the sb3, since you've done this before with other unremixable mods, as it implies in the description?
