If I could I would give you the game since I own it and honestly dont want it and cant get a refund now but steam doesnt allow that unfortunately. Maybe try using a vpn and change location to America but those cost money and im not sure if it would work.
Yeah thanks bud I already did some research and the thing is if u use a VPN like that on steam u are violating TOS and my acc could get suspended in the worst case so I'm avoiding that probably
