I supose you can, I don't think the game has this kind of limitation, since the driver serves only to export and import saves.

Yeah ok, that's weird. Are you able to log in with your other account than? I didn't use the save to drive feature so I'm not aware of the limitations.
I've tried switching to a different account, but it's still the same.🙃
