Hey! I can tell you I've never seen a game with 3 Santas! I knew there was a trick to how he delivers all the presents in one night!
I liked what you were going for with the deliveries and the upgrades were a good touch. The little 2D elves were cute with their present deliveries although they kept getting stuck on the platforms. I will say though it felt very grindy with how slow the player was walking with the boxes and how much boxes you need to fill per Santa cart.
I also had a bug. I got the speed boost which spawned a candy cane. I put the candy cane in my hand then picked up a box with the candy cane, when i dropped box, the candy cane disappeared. I also was not getting any speed boost (I'm sure I did something wrong).

Hi! candy cane suppose to remove the slowdown when you pick up boxes. The speed increases only due to a cup of coffee.
also, I noticed a few bugs, including ones you described, but I just didn't have time to fix them. You're also right about the poor progression of making money. I just spent most of my time adding mechanics, which meant I didn't have time to work on game design. Anyway, thanks for the review, I hope you enjoyed it.
Yes sorry that's what I meant. The candy cane did not seem like it sped me up when i was caring the boxes. I had fun for a bit but as I mentioned, it got a bit too grindy with so many boxes to deliver and so much walking. I think if you reduced the number of boxes needed for each santa run and fix the store bugs, it will be a much better experience. Good luck!
