The game has been converted back to a kinetic novel with a story driven experience. I haven't implemented any branching choices since I'm a solo dev trying to be time efficient.
As a workaround, you can hold (ctrl) to skip through sections you don't like. Trying to exclude girls would almost certainly break the narrative though.
