Dear developer, I have a question. It's been 48 days of testing progress and it still hasn't moved. It's stuck somewhere in the middle of the yellow area. I have a question for you or your development team. Sorry for the rude language. What have they been doing this month? Why haven't we, regular players, seen any progress yet? When should we be expecting a New Year's update? It's already February, and it would seem like the New Year's update should have been released, but there's still no progress. Can you tell us anything, developer?

Yeah, it’s rude. But for this first time, I’ll assume it's just translation and cultural issues. There won't be a next time, so consider yourself warned.
The Christmas update was and is on the browser version. It’s browser-only! All festivals are browser-only—no downloadables. This is mentioned in every post about festive releases. Also, they expire with each new release or the next festival. So, you still have some time left to play it before the upcoming update.

To clarify things, I have no ideas about 48 days - the 'testing' banner was published last weekend. Christmas event is a separate thing. You can check in the game news that it *was* published in December. And, as Sjava already said, events are released browser only for a number of reasons.
Also, for your information, the whole developer team is 1 developer and 1 tester. So making updates takes more than a few weeks usually. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
