Nice game . I really love the art , it's weird yet very cool !!
I encountered a couple of bugs ( one time I lost before the timer ran out, and the game froze when jumping for the first time in a new shape )
For the freezing issue, if you're using GPU particles, it can often be fixed by pre-warming the particle system. You can do this by emitting the particles on a fake loading screen or when the game first starts.
Overall, a nice and polished submission!
