Always with me the highest praise from me is that your game immediately gives me ideas to mod it that i hurl back at you.
And what i have to suggest is, RETAIN the thing where your shot goes all the way around the moon, and give a massive bonus if your walking guides the shot into an enemy where it's the last shot that kills them.
Because that is totally in a way like original Yar's Revenge for the 2600 where you would shoot the big kill shot to the Quotile thing and get a big bonus. you had to fire the shot then walk out of the way of your own shot.
Research this! you'll find that it's accurate (I'm an old who grew up with the 2600's games in the 70's and early 80's)
I have a soft spot for simple poly/voxel art because again i feel like realistic art starting with windows '95 kind of ruined computer games from then forward in critical ways :) I'm just that much of a Luddite.
Very happy with how straightforward and immersive this game was.
