Hey, so there happen to be a couple audio bugs with various sounds where it starts partway through then restarts. and can do that a couple times before playing and either doing it one more time at the end and cutting off.
Are you playing online?
Nope. Entirely on quest application. I know for a fact it happens with struggle audio with Eli's OV scene and for the gurgle audio when you game over.
