I think thats why the default filter is random. Unless you intend to boost the highest game, you will not only see the highest review first
No, if the game is bad you give it a bad rating but still give it a rating. I have seen a lot of really fun games with a small amount of ratings, If you just rate the popular games you miss a bunch of fun ones, part of the reason some games are far down on the popular scale is because they were released later than others so not as many people saw them before the game jam started.
