Question, accorfing to the progress report, how are animations finished when art isn't. Sure there's a very straightforward answer but animation would involve the characters yet they aren't finished being drawn.
Would most likely be the art that isn't animated
as Basphere said, I count animation art and scene art (the still images that play during events) as separate categories
