Can you explain the game versioning? What version is the full finished game is expected to have and what percentage of it is finished now?

Turn on the V-Sync in your game, please! Otherwise, it's trying to output unlimited FPS and just burns your hardware.
And, honestly, if you decided to go to full 3D, at least make the graphics worth it - like, good quality shadows, global illumination (at least pre-rendered) would help a lot, not just a cheap SSAO.
Is it planned? If yes, as a reward or punishment? It would be sad, if it's not there at all. It also would be sad, if used only as punishment when you lose. Ideally, I'd love to see the MC sort of progressing sexually - if you push him into that, he'd agree to have sex with monsters more and more easily, to the point, where you can just dominate the monsters willingly (if you win them, maybe, as a reward?).
I'm not sure how I feel about this new fight system. The previous one made more sense to me. It was a combination of a normal fight + sexy wrestling to recover/enhance certain moves, so, doing the sexy things there was a part of a winning strategy. And here if you do everything right to win a fight, you don't actually see anything sexy, only when you lose? Why changing the system to this?
I'm seeing this error when they reach the ruins:

it’s not just the dark atmosphere, tone. I enjoy dark thriller/horror games a lot. But there you usually play a good character who tries to survive in an evil world. I can connect and associate myself with such MC most of the times. In contrast, in this game I have to play a bad guy who cuts good people, which makes me want to stop it somehow immediately…
Why the original author never translated his game to English, even maybe just using the AI tools?... I played it and liked a lot.
About your remake - cool idea, if you can add something new, or significantly remake the plot, keeping the original idea. I'm not a fan of pixel art, to be honest. And in this new style the characters look sort of older, I'd say (at least at the first sight).
