If you don't mind a little bit of feedback, it would be nice if the sprite for her bigger breasts was 'fuller' breasts and not just 'longer'.

I feel like if those enemies are the ones that impregnate your breasts and make them grow bigger, that they should actually penetrate the character's nipples at the very least, otherwise it feels super weird and disconnected to just paizuri them and wabam her breasts are pregnant.
I've played most of your previous games so I know you have the talent to make a better enemy for breast pregnancy, but in the end it's your game so you know what's best. I do hope that you can do something about it at least though!
