1. I like having both options, but a larger format would be great. It would be cool to have more space.
2. I hate Fate Dice. Use a D6 (or a D10 if needed).
3. I wouldn't mind if you opened up the tables. Sometimes I keep landing on the same result on a D6 or D10 table and need more options/variety.
4. The Pay the Price and Twist tables are my favorites and I would love if they were expanded or more tables along those lines were added. I can't get enough TWISTS. The general Quest tables are also very useful. NPC tables as well.
5. The "Defensive, Neutral, Aggressive" table I don't use at all.
6. I can't think of any.
7. Campaign.
8. Mythic and The Radiance Adventure Engine.
9. Physical/Analog.

You should! The cards are great!
Do you mean things missing from the cards? or the pocketfold? I'm not an expert on the pocket fold so forgive me if these ideas are redundant in any way. But for the cards I'd love to see NPC motivations, an adventure prompt string (I'm thinking something along the lines of drawing four cards to fill in the blanks of "A blank sends you to get a blank from the blank and blank is trying to stop you."), location identification and descriptions (in addition to the regular description text), sense prompts (like in the GMAs, smell, sound, sight, touch, taste). For what it's worth I do not like the names on the GMA cards and NEVER use them.
Understood. I really dig the answers at the top. I haven't run into any duplicates of the icons, but I haven't been using them too often. A name generator would be useful for sure! I don't use the DCs or the dice rolls, but I'm happy they're there! I hope you revisit the cards and refine them. They're the most useful cards for solo play I've come across! Better than the Mythic GME deck, all the GMA decks, and the Encounter Builder decks as well.
I think this is the best oracle system I've ever come across. Well done! You've successfully melded the best aspects of the best oracles out there. I'm definitely going to be employing this for my own sessions. I think this is the system I would have tried to craft for myself if I had the mind for it.
Have you considered doing a Science Fiction version based on Starforged?
