Spoilers ahead. In chapter 3 after Caine gets beat up, I brought him to the infirmary and told him I'd teach him AFTER he took me to talk to the kids. Upon selecting that I get an achievement but the continue forth button doesn't work and is just called "FADEOUTONCAINESRIVALS". Love the game so far!
