I know that .. it just won't interact

Hi there 

Why is that that i can't interact with anything on the beach 

-not trash pile to save

-not the blue shed to change clothes 

-not the sign

And it is not the fact that i can't use the designated button for interaction, because i can still punch

And i even tried to install the previous version as well, and the same problem is present 

Please some one repond

But i cant interact with it

I stan on top of it but it does not let me enter
