Great job on updating so fast!!

Cool take on the theme. Nice features and mechanics. I wish I could walk around the little moons/asteroids when landing on them bc they give more stability, and it was a little hard to gauge my position at times in the vacuum of space. All in all great job. Congrats!

Clean simple and fun! Wish I had someone besides me to play this as it made me extremely nostalgic for old 2p games, but I even enjoyed playing it by myself. I feel like the wind was a great touch, but it was hard to read the throws sometimes because you couldn't see off screen. Would've loved if the camera zoomed out during that part. Also I'm not sure about the physics. The snowballs seemed to lose speed in the air, even with wind in their favor?
All in all great entry. Good job!

I had a lot of fun with this one - and I have to admit I spent almost 50 minutes trying to finish it but ended up ragequitting in the end haha. It's a really addictive game and takes the idea of momentum well. There's some quality of life things missing that would make this a top ranking game for me. It was extremely hard to read speed and distance at times, so I would have loved to have some better indicators of that, like a little speedometer and maybe some props on the sidelines of the track. It would also have been great to have some of the corners be tilted to get that real drifting experience. The first person camera switchup was sudden and fun and made me expect more shenanigans. How many levels were there in total acutally? Might revisit this after some christmas drinks. All in all great style and fun gameplay. Good job.

Cool take and original concept for this theme! Congrats on getting a nice progression with multiple mechanics and even a tutorial in there. The bubbly sound worked well too. At some point I discovered just camping my soapy sponge friend was the dominant strategy, and the idea of splitting a bubble didn't come to mind anymore bc it would automatically grow and split. That being said, I had fun and can see you worked hard on this. Great job <3

Amazing entry - especially for solo dev. The mechanics are simple and clean and just work well. The visual style is crisp and consistent - loved the vst scanline shader. The menu is clear and easy to navigate. I think the music added great vibes. I would have loved to have a couple more sfx (audio person here srry) -  or visual clues - to indicate the tension of the avalanche proximity or progress across the level. It would be great post jam to put a handful of sounds in there just to give it that extra level of polish and player feedback. That being said, this is an amazing feat. Great job!

Awesome idea! Not a big fan of deckbuilders myself but I can see this was an impressive amount of work especially given the time for a jam. Good job and congrats.

Very original and interesting concept! It was quite hard to control but I think it was super cool you went for the physicality of the slingshot. Can't wait to see what you update to after the jam! Good job

Good fun and powerful simple concept. I can see you iterating on this a lot more. Unfortunately I was missing audio and the screen only stayed a quarter of the size, but I got the game quickly and had fun. Good job!

Super cool that you did something procedural and loved the simple but strong idea of two inputs for a mechanic. I'm sure this took quite some time to build. Congrats.

Great idea. Think you can expand on this for sure. Unfortunately it took a little while before something happened after hitting start and the ball got sent behind my player a lot, but I think those are easily fixable. good job!

Super cool idea and take at the theme. I liked the art and sounds. Loved the explanation of mechanics in the menu, but got confused as to what the goal was when I entered the level. I think you've got a cool concept on hands that can take a lot of expanding in different directions. Curious to see if and how you'll keep developing it. Great job for a gamejam game!

Cool take on the theme! Liked a lot of the graphics and sounds. Especially liked the idea that you choose your opponent rather than your own player stats - super cool take and original concept.

I would've loved some music and had a hart time reading the text - it was very small for some reason. Still had a good time. Good job on this entry!

Really nice game! I liked your take on pool and the theme.  Would love to see this developed a little further but amazing first experience!

Good idea and great assets. I liked the 2D character mixed in the 3D environment. The lights passing by and forming shadows also really helped to sell the immersion. Suggestion for improvement I think would be camera zooming or positioning based on speed.  Reading the depth of the character was kinda hard and at max speed quite impossible. Nevertheless I had fun. Great job!

Fun game! Graphics were good and a great level of polish. I especially liked the swirling background in the store - was that a shader or prerendered stuff? Would love to see more!

Thanks haha we lost a LOT of sleep in making this. It helped having a larger team with multiple experienced people who could target niche features or assets as well as enough general experience to take over each others work when others became unavailable.

Thanks for the nice words! Since we didn't manage to make a Mac build the web build has to be available - I'm also personally convinced web builds are important for the player experience to go smoothly. We're planning to do some performance improvements to patch the game after voting ends

That means a lot! The inspiration came from my partner who had to listen to me brainstorm out loud when the theme dropped, while she was getting a headache from sobering up on the way to a party (and probably from listening to me).

You know you're onto a good idea when everyone gets excited to work on it!

Great single mechanic that just works. Loved the artstyle and animations! Impressive amount of content. Top jam candidate for sure!

Simple and fun. Well don!

Nice aesthetics on the game! Wish the music kept going on during gameplay but I managed to hit 11000 after which I think there were no more new waves :) had fun with this one good job!

Fun, nice mechanics and good use of music!

Challenging game but good feel overall. Liked the assets and music and some of the level design. Wish I had a little more control over the grapple but great job!

Great concept and style, loved the music (<3 Fradono). Had a lot of fun shooting the little guys around and catching them later down the track for some extra points! Big bonus points for the accessibility and developer settings. Awesome job!

Fun original game, would have loved to hear some sounds!

Great original take on the theme. Loved the art and music. Good job!

Good concept, nice styling! Wish I had some music to listen too, but very enjoyable experience. Loved going full speed

Liked the vibe and concept of game. The camera angle made for a challenging platforming experience. I liked that I could just fly to the end if it took me too long :) good job!

Great great game. Good feel of control. Love the layered music for each level. Some levels I felt extremely lucky and really had the momentum going. Other times it was a real challenge! Loved the idea of freezing time but not for all obstacles. Made for a really enjoyable experience <3 Amazing work

Damn, great job on this one. Loved the back and forth movement with the alternating controls mechanic - a true dedicated design to enhance the momentum. Accessibility settings were awesome. Nice level of polish too and a good dash of humor. Excellent entry!

Fun game! I liked the countdown animation before hitting the slope. Camera was a bit nauseating at times - would have liked the option to decouple its rotation of the player.

Liked Santa's run and the sound queue for the snow monster. I think some music would have been a quick vibe adder!

Cute game with great artistic content. Visuals, writing and sound are well interwoven, and I enjoyed clicking through the story much. Warm feels

What a game. Incredibly elegant clean game. It took me a while to get the hang but I'm proud to say to have beat it. The music actually really helped to get into the groove! Great design!

Wow - really clean and elegant singular mechanic and level design - can't believe I actually managed to finish it. Great job <3

Damn, can't believe I ever got hooked on a clicker game as easily as this - great style and nice "ending".  Only wished the sound was a little softer towards the end - but I made that exact mistake myself this jam x)

Good job. I feel like some mechanics were not working - couldn't enter the barn in level 3 - but a good concept!

Great concept, love the cutscenes, and amazing use of visuals and audio glitches in the loop. It got a little hectic at times but boy did I have fun. And pico-8 always <3
