Thanks for giving it a shot. Yeah, I saw someone spent 30mins to beat it and feel kind of bad. Even my best time is 8mins.

The shop was my attempt at an easy mode but it still requires 5-10mins of grinding to get it to an easy level.

I knew about that but didn’t expect anyone to test the Supa jump there. If you fall onto the SUPA jump refill box in the tutorial and activate it without hitting the ground you also get a free SUPA jump when you enter the main game too.

Awesome work. I’ve rage quit a few times myself. The trick is to know when to use the Supa jump to skip the hard bits (like the end).

Phew, long levels. Uhh, I always enjoy games like this and I like the art and sound. I think the level time should be a little shorter though.

Damn I would have liked to see some more design around the polarity switching because at the moment there is no real reason to switch. but smooth gameplay and good music.

Smooth movement. I really liked it. If you fall off in level 4 there is no reset so you need to hard reset the game.

Wow a lot of work went into this one. I’ll probably come back to this one later and give it a better shot because I just could not really figure out what to do. But visually this is very impressive.

Good gameplay.

So I like the concept but there’s a couple major flaws. The coins spawn around the players starting point and that’s it - went miles south and never encountered another coin. Two, you claim it’s fast paces but because the void can never spawn where your standing the best tactic seems to be to just wait until there is a free tile next to you and move then. So it becomes a slow game of patience.

It’s difficult - the enemies move very fast.

Always huge respect for a Pico game! The art and animations are amazing. Something I pickled up on replay is that I think visual clarity is the biggest problem. It’s just hard to know what is what. I think if danger’s generally had a certain color theme and beneficial pickups had a different one if could have gone a long way to making sense of the chaos. But other than that, it’s really good.

Was the furniture getting bigger or am I imagining things? Uhh, I like the idea. If things are indeed changing and getting stranger I think something a little more obvious in one of the earlier loops would have been good to reassure the player that there is differences with every loop because I just could not quite tell how much was changing.

You have a 90’s feeling art style.

I liked it, a little basic gameplay wise but I can see a lot of effort went in. The worst thing about it was the collision boxes.

Did you make the music? All good if not. But if you did, wow, it was great.

I don’t play a lot of typing games, but if this is an original concept you’re onto something here!

For such a simple concept it’s a surprisingly deep game. I kinda wished there was a non Christmas themed one. I would play this over something like typing racer of monkeytype anyday.

This might be a winner.

Yay fun! This is cool and cute. A bit easy, but fun. I notice enemies never spawn at the top of the level so you can just sit in the top right and spam and win.

I know from experience how much work goes into games like this so fantastic work! I went back and played the game again because that first level felt too well designed to be random, and I was right.

Obviously it get’s a little samey pretty quick but still awesome. The attack animation and knockback felt good.

I couldn’t quite figure this one out. I found the 3 different keys but every time I go near one the game resets. I tried just walking out of course and still the game resets.

Nice looking game. Cool to see something 3D in Godot.

I just smashed the machine until the gold ball was in a decent spot and then just spent a few coins and won.

Is there an objective? Just survive for as long as you can? I got the map with the coloured blocks and a door and thought there was a puzzle to solve.

On one of the maps the floor blocks are not perfectly aligned and your little dudes get stuck on the floor.

I can see a lot of effort went into it so good work!

I always like a good bullet hell and I liked it here. Highscore of 6. I would keep going but I could not figure out how to get past the really bad roles like Extra bullets +2 with bullets bounce towards the player.

in most of the easier scenarios, starting from one edge of the arena and slowly moving towards the other side seems to work.

I assume getting the eye is the end? Once I realised what tiles you could walk on it was much easier. I have no idea what the spacebar was supposed to do.

Waaay better than my first game! I love the explosion effects.

I survived to wave nine but I could have probably gone further. Is there a health pickup?

Does it just go on forever? I’m getting repeating levels. Fun stuff though - Saws was the hardest level.

Yeah ran out of steam. I had three more bosses planned to wrap things up and for the story mode to be it’s own seperate mode from the arcade version.

Simple but very fun. Made it to wave 8, probably shouldn’t have neglected speed upgrades. Very well balanced but I suppose the game just get’s to a point eventually where everything is moving at 1000% speed.

The music was awesome. Loved pretty much everything about this. Hard to know where the frogs hitbox was but eh.

Yeah soft locks are annoying. Super cool art though. Not a huge fan off all the camera smoothing.

FYI, screen seems to break on browser play.

I can tell a lot of effort went into this. Clean, tidy and fun.

Clean. God tier art. Loved it.

This might win the Jam.

32 is best I could do. Cute, fun, solid game. +10 points for Pico8 🩷

Wow this is cool. +10 points for Love2D as well.

Yeah definitely just ran out of steam with making content. Thanks for playing and looking forward to checking your entry out.

I see. Yeah it is was it is. Very old school arcady kinda game. I was just concerned it was FPS as in theory it should perform very well even on a potato.

When you say slow are you referring to the gameplay or the game was literally running slow, as in FPS?

This is bonkers. It’s unfortunately made for a jam and as soon as I realised what was going on I tried skipping straight to stage 20 but alas it didn’t exist. With enough time the potential of something like this could be huge. AMAZING WORK!

Of everything I’ve played so far this is probably the most unique mechanic I’ve seen. Pretty simple game but the potential for this is massive. Felt like line rider.

Well implemented dash - feels great. Simple but very fun.
