Just pick Instinct for all 3 choices during her route.

Answers for Lien's rote:

1) "totally"
2) "Have a staring contest."
3) "Instinct"
4) "Just walk away awkwardly"
5) "Hopefully you won't ever try what they did."
6) "No preference."

Your route is determined by the first 6 choices. Each character prefers certain answers and whoever you choose the most answers for is whose route you start. If you manage to balance the answers you get to choose your route yourself. Additionally, Xanthe requires having completed the good and bad ends of the inital 3 unlocked routes, Lien requires completing Xanthe's, and the secret route requires completing Lien's.
I can give you the answers for each route if you need help with starting any of them.

Answers to all three of Rose's riddles:

1) "Choice" or "A Choice"

2) "Power"

3) "Bat", "Bats" or "A Bat"

Capitalisation is not required, but any letter other than the first in each word being capital will most likely cause the answer to fail, however I've not tested that myself.

Pick Instinct in all 3 choices in the route. The minigame has no effect on which ending you get.

Sorry, that 4 was a typo. Both minigames have a skip and fail achievement. So theres a skip and fail the 1st and skip and fail the 2nd. 

I believe the last one on the list should be "Couldn't remember still?" which is for dying during the 2nd minigame.

Currently you don't actually need Vic's bad end to unlock Xanthe, only the good one.

SPOILERS FOR VICTORIA'S ROUTE


Every mingame should have a fail and a skip achievement. Both of the left right games have each of those. Vic's route also has an achievement for each ending. Skip options are unlocked after 2 fails (per minigame) or having completed either ending.

SPOILERS FOR ENTIRE GAME

Lyell has an achievent for each ending. 2 Total.

Bae has an achievement for each ending, one for failing the minigame, and one for skipping it (option is available after 2 fails in a row without winning. Fails persist through all playthroughs until you win or skip) 4 Total.

Victoria has 2 for endings and 2 per minigame. 6 Total (already listed above)

Xanthe has an achievement for each ending, two for choosing reason or instinct for the bad end, one for choosing the twins over rose, and one for trying to pick either "Let Her Stay." or "Let Her Go." 6 Total

Lien has an achievement for each ending and one for the amnesia ending (having 0 or less points for her and choosing to keep instinct). 3 Total.

Blake has one achievement for the ending, one for dying in the bedroom by picking "Closets."  as the 2nd choice, one for instead choosing "Chests." as the 2nd choice in the bedroom, one for dying in the minigame, and one for skipping the minigame (option unlocked by failing twice or by having already finished the route.) 5 Total.
