well that mightve been it then, it was bound to happen eventually that i run into some issues using the cheat menu

need help with something regarding the curse of lust event.
so ive learned the restrain potion recipe, or at least i think i do, it does show up in my potion recipe list, but i cant take Othra her request, so ive been progressing for a big part of the game, but i still cant complete it. if i, somehow someway, havent unlocked the recipe, where and how do i do it?
