Okay so actually it works fine at a frame rate of 60, but at higher frame rates, it does not?

Hi, I'm Playing On steam, but I have a wierd problem with my xbox remote. for some reason, the thumbstick bound to look does not move the camera, it instaed causes the viewmodel to move around slightly. is this a bug, or is there something wrong with my install?
