This was honestly really fun! I managed to escape first try with 3 seconds left, and the twist at the end was actually really clever! I feel like the art style works in some places, and doesn't in others, and I wish there more types of puzzles. The puzzles were fun, and paced really well in difficulty, but they were always typing a code in a keypad to open a door. This is really impressive and you should be really proud of yourself! :D

For future game jams, if you do any, I recommend uploading a web build so people don't have to install to play. It will drastically increase the amount of people that play/rate your game, and open up your game to people regardless of their operating system. :D

This was fun! I really like the concept and gameplay of having to sneak around trying to pickpocket, or just straight up shoot people. I kept on getting stuck inside of people on level 2, and had to reset the level by getting caught. If I didn't have bullets left I think I would've had to close the game. Also, I have a weird monitor so its half my fault, but the aspect ratio for the game was very off. If you were to update this game in the future, I would make sure it works with any monitor size. The art style is really cool, and I'm gonna steal this from the guy below me but it really does remind me of Flash games, which is awesome! This was a fun game and it fits the theme well! :D

AWESOME game! :D Art was 10/10

Thank you! Ya when I saw the desktop art for the first time I was like "This is perfection" LMAO

Thank you for playing! I'll try yours out soon :D

Thank you! If you're talking about the mask minigame, you have to find the mask that matches the one in the top corner

Thank you so much! The polish took FOREVER but I'm glad it payed off :D

That's for playing! This was half inspired by this video online where someone  made their computer change tabs from Bloons TD to COD when someone opened the door lol

This was a really on theme, and honestly quite fun, puzzle game! I'm not super into puzzle games, but I played this one till the end. I feel like at times the gameplay got slightly repetitive, but every time it was, the puzzle added something new to use and it kept it engaging. That could've been also me just not being super into puzzle games lol. The particle effects were a nice addition to the painting. Little effects like that go a long way! I think that the sound design could have been better, and the graphics are also not the best. Besides those things though, this game is super awesome! :D

Good job on the game! The random dungeon is really cool, and I think the different types of masks look good. I think that more time focusing on how the gameplay. Having screen shake, particles, sfx, though they seem small, add SO much to a game like this. The random dungeon generator is really impressive, but for a game jam game, most people are only going to play your game for a couple minutes, to at most when they die the first time. I feel like if there were only like 2-3 dungeons, but the gameplay/polish felt AMAZING, then it would make the game more enjoyable, and maybe even indirectly increase replayability. I also think the shot cooldowns are too long. It's a lot more fun to shoot a ton of low damage projectiles with nice effects than one, more high damage one every few seconds.  I did really like the variety of the enemies and bosses! The second boss was actually pretty cool, though I think all bosses would've benefited with more polish and attacks with them. Anyways, this was still a super cool game! Good job to you two! :D

The art for this game really fun! I think the game being about a child imagining he's a super hero is really cool, and really realistic. The dialogue also added some nice content after each level. I feel like the fighting though could have been improved. I never really found a reason to use the blue mask, and I think if the red mask shot faster but did less damage, it would be more fun. The boss fight at the end also felt kind of rushed, but it was still a cool addition. The animations were adorable and the enemy variety was fun, even though some were reskins of others. Really nice job! :D

This was actually super fun! The descriptions for if something is black, brown, or dark brown is kind of confusing as to me they all looked black, but once I got the hang of it, it was really cool running around and trying to find the people. I think what this game needs most is polish. The jump button isn't really needed, and I actually got myself stuck somewhere and had to reset. The mouse also doesn't lock and disappear on the screen. The coolest part of this game was when I was on my final target, and everyone started running around. I was ready to kill my last target and say that the game was pretty enjoyable, but the panic for the final target actually added a lot to the gameplay. I remember trying to check someone and they kept running away from me, and I had to chase them around while confirming everything at the same time, then chase her around some more to try and kill her. All in all, great concept and good execution! :D

As a tip for future game jams, I recommend posting web builds for your games, as a lot of people don't go through the effort of downloading files to play games.

The is a really creative concept! The alien guy is really cute :D I wish there was more to the disguising yourself aspect of it. The only way to get caught was either to be too slow or to run fast, but there was never any reason to run when making the coffee. Something like if the character had to sneakily run research back to the UFO without the people noticing. Also, when I went to far down the map the game like completely blacked out and softlocked. I liked how there was a small variety of different drinks people wanted  so it wasn't just serving the same thing every time. Good job! :D

Also, just at tip for future game jams, I recommend posting a web build version for your games, as a lot of people don't want to go through the effort of downloading files to play a game, and won't end up rating/playing your games.

The movement in the game is really good! The wall hanging and wall jumping felt a little bit inconsistent sometimes, and whatever causes you to die is way to fast/strict. I died to an enemy that swung like 5 feet above me lol. The gameplay loop was really fun though! And the fast deaths at least made resets quick. The leader board adds a lot of replayability too!

I loved this! Movement felt super good, the art for the masks was awesome, and I liked how the game got harder as you played it from the masks you got. I wish there was more variety in what you got at the end of a level. I played till the boss (which was really cool but had no idea he was coming lol) and I only saw 3 different types of masks, and when it wasn't a mask it was just the same two options of losing health. Having to build a set during the game would be tons of fun. Though increasing your speed was still a lot of fun :D

This was an awesome game! Making the game about on a bank robbery makes the using different masks gimmick more interesting, and the reveal that the mask he wanted is taking off his masks is a fun spin on the story too. Though, the controls felt a little awkward at times. I think the players air acceleration was too high, and conserving momentum from a dash into the ball only worked if you timed it very specifically. The amazing checkpoints helped make up for this lol. The art was great, and the voice lines were really well done!

Great job!! :D

I liked the Warioware type gameplay this game had! The minigames were really short however, and a lot lacked animation and polish. I wish the mask you made at the end changed depending on what minigames you did. The art was really adorable, and the animations that were there were well done. Anyways, good job! :D

Having a limited amount of time to protect a level before having to traverse is actually an awesome idea. The game itself just needs a lot more polish. Some music and a background would liven up the game the levels a lot! Also, when I reset the level on level 3, the whole game crashed. If you spent a little more time with this idea after the jam, this could be a really cool game!

Masking out sound to help little guys go to sleep is a fun idea! The puzzles were tricky but I could eventually solve them. One thing I would say could be improved is just the polish. The X on top of the guys was above the transition, and the transitions felt like they took too long. The distance the boxes had to be from the sound to not turn black also felt different at times. I did like the variety with you having to make sure the sound got to the towers, instead of just blocking it from the people. Great job! :D

This game is executed SO well! I wasn't going to play the entire thing, but I ended up doing it anyway. The little events that happen throughout mixed with the dialogue kept me engaged the whole time. I was really bad at picking the masks, but there were times where I was SURE that I was right (I still am) but the customers weren't happy. I know it would be a lot of work, but I think some of the ghosts should have different dialogue for picking certain masks, even if it's not the right one. I loved the art style too, everything fit really well together. I'm surprised you didn't submit this to advanced!

I liked bouncing the guy around :D

The graphics need some work (a background would help a ton), but it was still fun!

This is a cool idea! I like the storyidea of you finding different sentient masks to help you both escape. I feel like the controls need some work though. The player gets stuck on walls, and I think the jump works in the opposite way it's supposed to. Like if you hold the space bar, you would expect to go up more before falling, and when you just tap it you start falling quicker, it seems like this is reversed in your game, which felt unnatural. I liked the little detail of the lamps swinging if you touched them. All in all, great job! :D

Starting off, the art is so cute, I love all the little guys animations! The gameplay was kind of hard to understand, I didn't really fully get why sometimes people wanted to be my friend and why they didn't, but it was still really fun! :D

This was a fun little game :D I wish the gameplay was more involved, and you didn't just press a key until the card turned the right color. It would give the gameplay some nice variety. Having the person fight the mask instead of just an enemy was a good take on the theme!

This was a fun game! Final boss took me a few tries but I got it :D

Thank you for playing and for the kind words!

Thank you for playing! There are some different enemies once you get to wave 10, but they are just reskins and more actual variety would've helped :D

Thank you for playing my game!

Thank you for the feedback as well :D I've noticed some of these things after submitting the game but obviously there's no way to change them now, but I'll keep them in mind for future jams!

Really fun game!! I don't know how you made this in 72 hours. I wish I had another person to play this game, it's is AWESOME

Great game! I think it has really good polish too, everything's just great :D

Good game! The graphics are REALLY nice :D

This was fun! I didn't really find a need to use the repulsion beam ever though

This is pretty good! I wish there was more to the gameplay, but I know 72 hours is very short. Good work!

This was really great! Doing all of this in 72 hours is very impressive :D I do wish the boxes didn't ungrab themselves when touching the player, sometimes it made the boxes ungrabbable if I was standing too close to them, and just made handling them slightly annoying at times. Still, great job!

Fun game! I feel like checkpoints would have helped, but overall very nice :D

Fun game! I feel like checkpoints would have helped, but overall very nice :D

This was fun! I love how smooth the controls are and the art design is great! Those attack bounces are hard lol

Truly remarkable. I would sell my computer to play snailiens.

Great game! I love the movement, it's very smooth! Graphics, like the buttons, could use a little work, but overall, good game!

Here's my game!

It's a resource-management survival game where you have to survive being attacking by your own imagination while collecting food and wood.
