IDK if you found it yet (game says its verion 1.0 while itch says its version 1.7), but this scenario happens when time of day gets locked, you are immediately put into Mayas cutscene which repeats ad infinitum. debug time of day fixes it.

Look where the patchnotes says "Boobs Important Boobs!" and follow the subsequent instructions or load a pre december update save and progress back through the story.
