Might be a bit late on this, but i tested it, it seems that only the player moves meanwhile can not say the same to the npcs, every time i "interact" with them my character does in fact do the pose right, however the npcs remain in that idle pose after i give them the items they need or defeat them. Do you perhaps have some other alternatives on how to fix this sort of issue? 

The animations seem to not fully work, while it shows the player in the act, the npcs seem to just be standing there in that posture not making a single flinch or anything. Any way to patch this problem ?

This is most highly likely dead by now, although i wish to still continue thinking it still might be progressing, but knowing the last time ive seen any news on this game is like basically trying to wait for a new GTA game to release yet that still likely gives us some sneak peaks, at any point. So if any of yall by chance run into this comment, i believe it's time to let go of the hopes for this game and for the ones that just found it, don't get your hopes up and simply go for something else to enjoy playing that has more certainty of realeasing
