We love so much the narrative in the game and the game design as platformer, is so good!!, eventually we were hooked with how easy was to move forward, and also really appreciate the checkpoints hehe.

There’s lot the mystery in the plot of the game, the art is really pretty, and the OS simulation was truly interesting, so as how the character interacts in different tabs and windows. The music and the tracks are really good. Since we played it on web, there were certain bugs that couldn’t allow us to progress further from the password to open the folder, it is probably that this was an issue in our end :).

Thank you so much for your feedback, many of our artists were on vacations with family, and they couldn’t finish the assets for Noah and Lilly in the 2D space, so as the images while text is happening. As for the dog’s battle, we found a bug happening with the “x” button trigger, right after we uploaded the game 😭.
And yes! The story is told in a Media Res format, which means every detail matters as the story unfolds, of course the prototype couldn’t get closer to give an idea to the players u.u

Thank you so much! We really had a hard time to put together our team in this gamejam. The planning actually covered the next level which is a river, before hitting town.
The exploration of the forest map was made intentional after you defeat the dogs, it was supposed you could explore and add more memories to Noah’s Photo album and entries to Lilly’s Journal, like the treehouse, the clearing in the left down corner and the deep forest. It makes us sad that none of this could make it to the final build, but in case you find the experience interesting, please feel free to follow us, we will be updating 4Ever in the coming days :)
We totally loved the art involved in the project, brought Katamari vibes to main, the handshake mechanic was so fun to play with. Not sure if it was a browser issue but some textures were clipping, and the circles in main character hands didn’t appear, yet it’s a very creative and fun game, congratulations!! :) 🤝
WHOA!! hahahahaha it got me hooked! hahaha, it's easy to play and controls are simple too, the level difficulty is perfect!, I mean, I felt I had concluded the level when I fell in the objective platform, but then I looked at the instructions, and really got me worried hahaha "How am I supposed to land it?" hahaha, yet I made it to level 3, the spikes and the place of the platform... I might be playing it until I finish every level hahaha.

Yes, hehehe that's us in the ads, we did the filming and editing in one day xD, we wanted to keep the concept the most accurate as we planned, like those weird vibe ads from midnight public tv hehehe.
We want to launch the game in its perfect form in some time, for the moment, the concept seems to work good, aside from the bugs and things missing hehehe.

Wow!! El juego es super divertido, nos encantan los sprites con tanta personalidad, cierto el bug de la muerte que lo manda a otro nivel, la premisa es buena, notamos un bug con la textura de fondo, que solo se activa al ser golpeado, fuera de ello, es un juego bastante solido, con bonitos gráficos que agregan game feel.

Lamentablemente la versión online se rompió el video, por lo que es necesario descargar la versión windows para tener la experiencia completa jejeje, aun así tiene bastantes bugs, esperamos poder lanzar pronto la versión completa y corregida, el punto es que sea una sensación non-stop, la recompensa es pasar la noche, el video de los comerciales lamentablemente se pausa en lugar de continuar, por lo que estaremos corrigiendo esa parte también.

Hello dear community, happy to hop again into a new GameJam, it has been more than 3 years since we haven't done one, yet, we've been pushing GDvelop 2D and 3D making games with students (K-12), for their own school event "Showroom".
For this GameJam(8th) we wanted to try to create a simultaneous game, with a non-stop feeling, like those nights with insomnia, yet trying to stay awake(?).
Students acted and film the short "fake commercials" to keep the odd ambience, but yet, we got to serious performance trouble as a game playable online, in the windows app runs smoothly, yet the videos, tend to not run in the online version, we made them optimized for online and at 480p resolution.
We will be really grateful if you could test our game, both online and installation version, we are looking for feedback, yet a rate will be good for us too to improve our games in the coming years.
