I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I think there may be a bug with the "BAD MOTHERFUCKER" achivement. I've ran through the game several times without using the crowbar, bullets, health items, etc, and not gotten it. Unless there is something I'm missing (Ie a way to get into the vent without the crowbar, not taking the gun in the first place, etc) something is wrong.
