I support the suggestion for a "Logothete" entry in the codex. Dialogs like this confused me into thinking there is a huge difference between minister and Logothete. Took me a while to realised that the two words are practically interchangeable for game purpose. 

I like a notebook feature! ...but then people may start asking for more features on top, like export the text, copy and paste, attach photos....?

Yep, a calendar to keep track of birth-star, official mourning periods, etc would be nice

"give a rough indication how much time I have to actually do things": I second this suggestion.

Some more hints about the election cycle, such as the length of the official mourning period, would be helpful to the player without breaking the 'suspense'
