cg10 you just need to go for Holger whenever possible
cg12 & cg13 you need to get the maximum score for Artyom and Mert. As in you need to keep picking the options for that person and select the best outcomes. (I think most people miss the score when picking clothes for Finn, you need to select the combination that gets a reaction from the one you are going for)
They should all be available you when visit the island
