About the performance issues, I hope they were at least reduced by the first two patches I released over the last two weeks. However, I am working on an actual, major optimization of the entire game for the next update, which I hope will fix issues like the one you described.

Though it's not off the table, for now I don't have plans to add customizations for the MC, sorry.

However, femboy content is indeed planned with different characters (some already in the game, and some that are finished but will show up only in later updates). 

Since I will be progressing multiple character routes per update, this will have almost no impact on those who are not into it. The girls are still the main focus of the game, so there won't be an update adding only femboy content, as no update will focus on just one character.
