Those white paper pieces above are really cool.

I used to work at a coin op distributor in the early 2000s and I think I saw this machine, I also think it may have had a generic "Americanized" name. It was possibly changed for copyright or some legal hang up.
I mainly worked on washing machines and coin mechs for vending machines back then, before I moved away from the city. I remember seeing two black and white machines in the repair bay once and I mistook them for Addams Family machines. Our more experienced repair guy, J was replacing the glass on one and I remember that weird art of the girl with the eye and the swirls. I don't think they had the same design on the cabinet itself but I remember spirals inside the field, lots of them. The flippers were weird too, something wrong with the sound of them. Some of the high score lights were eyeballs and they made me feel weird. J told me that they were basically the same machine inside as one of the big popular tables back then like Jurassic Park or Addams Family but I wouldn't know. I think the name they settled on was something simple like SPIRAL MADNESS or SPIRAL CRAZE! I think it also had a motorized girl on a swing, maybe with snails? I don't really remember much.
