Hey, thanks for playing! There won't be any other playable characters but, in the full version of the game, there are about 20 different unlockable artifacts in the game that gives the player different powers/powerful cards. Full release is close. I'm just ironing out some of the last known bugs and adding missing sound effects at this point. Blood mana is used for re-rolling card choices when you are building your deck. Each other mage you beat gives you increasing amount of blood mana depending on the level.

Not yet, sorry. I'm done with all the mechanics and levels. So the game is playable to the end with all the unlockables at the moment but the artwork is missing for a lot of stuff. So I'm currently working on replacing all the placeholder sounds, images for the cards and artifacts etc. Hard to tell when it will be ready.
Thank you for your patience by the way. Knowing someone is actually waiting for the game is a huge boost of motivation :)
Hey! Thanks for playing and the feedback! It is true the Randomage is currently very very unbalanced in the demo :D That's because, as you've said, once he gets to 10 mana, there is no other 10-mana minions in the demo he can summon other than the Minotaur with the "You Get What You Pay For" spell he gets each turn. I've both nerfed the minotaur and added other 10-mana minions that are not as brutal to the full game, which makes Randomage much more manageable. He also has a couple too many "DBMEH" spells in his deck for a 4th stage opponent, which I've nerfed. Hopefully he will be less frustrating in the full game.
Hey, thanks for the feedback! I've already done some changes to the first two battles, added some new content as well but they won't be available until I push another update, which won't happen for another month or two unfortunately.
Just one of the changes is that the game tells you the Bubblemancers can only spawn 3 bubbles each. (After that if no new bubblemancers were to spawn there wouldn't be any more bubbles.) With that information in mind, I hope strategizing a game plan can lead to a smoother experience until I publish the next update :D
