I have actually posted about a Hotfix update last night and that is definitely a bug! What you could do however is try your best to get it level 4 right off the bat and that's how others have gotten around it.  Hotfix#2

On another note, it is definitely planned for patients portraits to update based on their stats such as horniness or cum bar ;D

Hey DuckyBoy. Thanks for brining this up. It is a result of having lower mood. As mood gets lower and lower the chances of Claire not "being in the mood" to perform certain actions does as well. However, I will take down a note to make this more obvious. I am most likely going to release a hotfix for this previous update for some other things and will try to squeeze this one as well.

It sure will : ) It just got approved a couple weeks back and I plan to add it into the game's store pages during the next update

Hey! Thanks for the support and I understood you loud and clear : ) No worries at all about being able to pay more. I plan on releasing these singles for versions every other month or so and perhaps after my next 1 or 2 updates I can release another one. I will say that it has much more than any version in circulation.

The newer versions more mutations available after day 14 in the game and the upcoming update reworks a lot of them and also has some unlocks (mutations, objectives, minigame, etc).

Hello. Yes, this is meant to be an option for others to play the latest version of the game but are not subbed to the Patreon. Until we reach a "V1.0.0" I will indicate that the game is still in its trial phase.

Yes. I plan for the paid version to simply be the most updated version which is made accessible in the Patreon. It is for those who don't want to bother subbing to something and simply want to play the game from time-to-time.
I made this option because honestly that is what I prefer xD

So this is what I was thinking. How about when the main story line is complete? Currently, I am thinking about difficulty settings and one way to do that is to introduce patients that have mutations that could make it very challenging for Claire to deal with (eg. mega-disgusting-person mutation that dramatically lowers mood of Claire)

Right now let's just assume that Claire is on birth control, but then after the main story line, we start to see some mutations that which renders birth control effectively useless. How do you guys feel about that?
