I've downloaded Mac archive and I discovered that there are some other projects inside renpy/projects directory (in total size of 675 MB), the game itself is only 117 MB (when zipped only 71.4 MB). Please clean up "your demos" before you publish them to the public.

I see you're using Unity version 2021.3, so you can build for Apple Silicon or Intel, or for both:
