Where are all the egg locations?

I have gotten 12/13 easter egg but can't find the last one. the eggs that I did find are:

2 in the living room 

1 in MC room behind windows

1 under bench in first floor lobby at the house

1 at garage 

3 in the park 

2 outside the Cafe 

And 2 in the gym lobby

So can someone please tell me where the last one is?

Can someone please tell me how to ask Dianna to help me get into the academy?
