Is there a way to open the locked doorway in the decaying complex on the glistening stream map?

I'm also missing the weapon below the weighted throwing knives, the gear below the rubbery headplate and the resource below the light bowgun frame.

I think I have played through the entire game, but maybe I have missed something.
