thank you! I think everyone is having the problem I was worried about. the character (ron) on top of the button is supposed to tell you how to kill the mite fleas, which are tiny mites. he does,(with a slick shot!) but he says it way to fast and right as theyre already killing the player, if you don't move the mouse pretty quick lol.

the slick shot its holding right MB and pressing LMB at the same time, it shoots from the side of the cursor to the right and kills mite fleas .

edit: thanks again for playing and giving feedback, I appreciate it!

good geme

good geme

lots of fun, enjoyed the slick platforming. bowling ball sonic = slick.

hell yeah. extremely fun. great mechanics, music, has it all!

5/5/5/5!

amazing.

nice. Love the concept of a fire gull. art was pretty cool too.

I do wish there was a bit more to do, maybe a powerup or ability for the gull, but very cool submission!

good stuff.

It feels like one of the skeletons from dark souls going on his own psychedelic adventure.

I love the janky-ness, it feels on point and fits the vibe. ps1 vibes with this one too. cool difficult platforming ideas.

5/5/5/5.

good work!

thanks for playing, and I'm very glad to hear you enjoyed the magic mites! (one of my fav parts as well haha)

thank you for playing!! I'm very glad you enjoyed it.

fun strategy game. once I got the controls from the games page it clicked!

nice work! really cool mechanic that i'd love to see in a fully fleshed out game with a story arc and stuff

good stuff!

please check out Slick-Start if you have the time!

this is awesome. honestly one of my favorite submissions, I love the character swapping (a favorite mechanic of mine that I wish was used in more platformers) and the difficulty curve is really satisfying, and dare I say slick

5/5/5/5. great work!

the loop is so well executed, I so weirdly like the absence of music while destroying things. It feels odd but you nailed it with the pacing of having the music during the super weird and engaging building aspect of the game instead

this is def one of the best jams I've played

AMAZING. this is the submission I'm most jealous of so far tbh lol.

Looks like we both went for a similar.. yet totally different idea for our games! kinda cool.

I've already put probably an hour into it and I'm definitely not done with it.

I'm really impressed with the amount of playability here, could see myself sinking hours into it, and it's just a jam game!

Props my friend, props.

(if you have the time, please play my game and rate it as well!)

Hey Vector, I may be interested. I've been considering beginning to work with others, as the workload making a game alone is pretty hefty.

I'm not TOTALLY sure I want to collab on this jam, as I do have a great game idea (I think lol) already, and I may want to use it for this rather than spark a new idea, but I'm open to it and saw your post, so I had to bite lol.

I just began coding in December of 2025, so I'm very fresh.

However I've been working almost non stop, whenever I have the time. I think I've gotten somewhat decent since I started.

I just submitted to the BIGMODE gamejam 2026, and I'm currently working on another Jam that is pretty lax and ends on the 23rd. If you're interested, you can check out the BIGMODE submission on my page!

What is your experience? Let me know how this sounds to you!

Thanks,

this one bangs. love the variation in level objectives, incredibly clever dev work to use the rink in so many different ways!!

5's across the board from me!

sweet game. was givin me that sonic momentum adrenaline.

nice work!

nice. like the take on some sonic mechanics. gravity roll felt awesome.

goood stuff.

very solid submission! mechanics felt good, and lvl difficulty scaling did too.

nice work!! I think maybe a little detail added to the aesthetic of the lvl room could have helped, but mechanics are more important and those are solid!

nice work.

thanks for playing and for the feedback!

I really appreciate you taking the time. I really wanted to give the player a sense of discovery, so I'm glad you experienced that!

as for being confused what to do at times, this was a time management issue.

I really wanted to have CD_Ron (the dude in game) give more guidance and explanation to the player, but as the deadline approached I had to make a decision what to work on during the last few hours and because of other buggy systems I wasn't ever able to fully flesh this out.

I had a blast developing this and feel like it has potential, so this is something I'll definitely work on if I do ultimately decide to keep developing this game further.

thanks again for your thoughts!

edit: forgot to mention why the game likely restarted for you. if the MITE FLEAS (tiny, tiny mites that chase the mouse cursor) hit you, it restarts.

Ron says it but it can be missed and it's really not clear enough at all to the player.

learned a lot in this jam for sure!

no worries at all, I still had a lot of fun playing.

I hope you continue with this! could definitely see it going somewhere.

dope aesthetic. felt cool to just move around.

sound effects are top notch class.

I would say it was a bit confusing like the others did, but not enough to turn me away from digging it. nice work!

thanks for playing! (and mentioning magic mites, my fav sprite from this I made!)

what fishthewizard said, love the inventory system. it feels freeing. also, presentation is really great.

tho it crashed for me as well while building a hut.

my game also has a game-breaking glitch I'm aware of(though its rare so play it!!). I think it should be forgiven of gamejam games!

nice work. this is something I could see myself getting on steam and playing for way too many hours if fully released!

reeeally dig the minimalist art style, it's cute, and the character feels good to move, like the lego games almost... until I tried jumping on the very first set of platforms.... seems like there is a lot of potential and the music is great too. I like the ice skating vibe. seems like the mechanics could be very fun too but unfortunately I wasn't able to see them play out due to the final boss that was the first two platforms. lol.

think this could benefit from some lvl design changes.

overall nice work, I'd love to play a tighter version in the future!

hell yes.

hell.

yes.

egggcellent.

eggggcellent.

many many mites!

(thanks for playing!)

nice. very slick.

this is the place to be if you want to ask me anything about the game and/or have any other inquires !
