Your comment is delightful.

Happy to hear you enjoyed the design. As someone who can’t draw, I try to rely on college art and some level of graphic design to get it done. I usually try to get an artist on projects however for this reason!

Updated download and HTML. Thank you for pointing it out!

Thank you so much for the information. I've forwarded it over to our programmer. And yes if you'd like to send over the clip I'm sure that'll be helpful.

Thank you for playing! When you got stuck can you tell me what happened exactly so I can tell the programmer?

Thank you kindly! Dokke did the characters and Ezra did the environment and items. Links to their socials are on the games page! Thank you for playing.

This was so cute! Good job!

This is really, really well made, love the controls and the music. I also love that it was somewhat strategy-driven. I could see myself coming back to this from time to time!

This is such a cool concept! And the controls were very smooth! Good job!

Thank you for playing! You and me both haha.

Thank you for the details! I’ll bring it up to the team. We had one programmer doing everything so it was a tough job. And a lot went wrong at the end! But glad you still enjoyed it overall! 💕

Thank you so much for playing! We tried our best in the small time we had after actually getting a team together. 🐈‍⬛

If you do run it I'd love to hear how it turned out!

You're amazing!!

I would appreciate it if you can! I'm using your asset for a game jam. It's really my fault because I assumed they were included even though they weren't on the list.

Greenwoods is an amazing trio of art assets. Are the sand dunes/night sky background in the example gif above not available in the full pack?

They help a lot actually! This is amazing feedback thank you! ✨

I'm so happy it worked out for you! For a longer session would you want more prompts? (like even more than I put in the zine). If not that, how best would you like the sessions to be extended? More movements? (Also I appreciate you letting me pick your brain on this.)

Thank you! I would love to get feedback on your experience or how it works out if you do! I'd like to do another one in the future. <3

You. Are. Amazing. Thank you!!!!

Wonderful thank you so much! I had no idea you could have a pdf posted like that! You just put me on something new. Excited to write something for this!

Hello! I'm actually really excited about this. Are TTRPGs allowed as a medium? I'd love to make a system that fits the theme and would have made my teenage self (and present-day kid daughter) ecstatic.

Also can we get another Discord join invite? The other one expired.

Hello Anjali here! My team and I are making a card based interactive fiction/visual novel called 'The Night's Chosen'. I'm really leaning toward a 1920s feel and want a mixture of gothic sounding music and some roaring 20s big band/jazzy sound. I was planning on just using assets (purchased/free) but would be nice to have a unique soundtrack to a game that has original plot, story, art and mechanics!

Also since the Jam started unsure who's still open and available to even join a team! Feel free to comment below!

Sounds good! Just sent you a friend request (AKB0786) going to sleep now (3am here) but feel free to message me and I'll get back to you when I get up!

Hello my name is Anjali. I have myself (writer and developer), another writer, and a graphic designer! We are looking for an artist to join us. The game we plan to build is a IF/Visual Novel with a card-based mechanic.

Premise: You find yourself thrust into a thrilling and perilous world where vampires rule the night. As the only non-vamp in a gothic nightclub, hidden within a revamped morgue, your survival hinges on a crucial decision: to be embraced by one of the powerful queer vampire factions or face a grim fate. Your ultimate goal is to gain the trust and favor of one of the three major vampire factions before the night ends, ensuring your transformation into a vampire and securing your place in their world.

Hello! My name is Anjali and I'm creating a TTRPG . I'm looking for a 2D artist who will make the book cover, splash art, some NPCs, page design...etc.

I'm also looking for a trans consultant (though queer I'm not trans). Consulting with trans individuals during the development of the game to ensure accurate and respectful representation. This could be in the form of a sensitivity reader, consultant, or even part of the design team.

Title: Nocturnal Confections

Sneak at some of the summary:

In Nocturnal Confections, a unique solo TTRPG (that can be played with a group or GM), you assume the role of an aspiring Dream Confectioner in the heart of a magical sanctuary, a town known for its accepting nature and vibrant LGBTQIA+ community. This town, a beacon of diversity and acceptance, is home to your confectionery shop, a legacy passed down by your mentor. This cherished individual, a respected figure and a member of the trans community, has sculpted a living from shaping the nocturnal narratives of townsfolk through enchanted sweets and treats, and now entrusts you with their legacy as they embark on new adventures.

You make an excellent point. It’s interesting you brought this up as I have discussed with some other TTRPG folks and was told how much as a veteran they can’t stand when basic information is written over and over again on both the webpages and the corebook.

But you are absolutely right. Not everyone is a vet and as the community grows you never know if your game is the first TTRPG a person is picking up. I will add the details to the webpage but also here in this comment.

Player Count: 3-6 with 1 DA (Director of Arcons aka GM)

Ages: 13+

Style of Play: One-shot, Mini Campaign, Full Campaign

Length: 2-4 hours (one-shot), 3-5 hours (session)

No solo at this time.

In other news as this version of Birthright is the Alpha the newest 2.0 Beta version will be out soon and I think you all will be very happy with the updates, changes and more details! Thank you for your support! <3

Wonderful! That help's a lot!

Hey question. Is there anything else that you could tell me about your partner? Other than the stuff already listed on the game page? Is there something personal I could add in my TTRPG that would really sell it that it's for them? What's their personality like? What do they look like?

I just want to say how sweet this jam's reason is and I'm very excited to contribute to your partners birthday!

This may be my dice goblin ways to trick you all into buying more dice.... *rubs hands* ... but on a serious note I weighed the odds for a D6 vs D8 vs D10 system. A lot of games use a D6 and Vampire the Masquerade uses a D10. D8 felt like a nice mid-way of not being as easy as a D6 and slightly easier than a D10.

thank you so much for your kind words! If you record/stream the actual play please keep me in the loop! Again… your words have made my day! <3

Of course! No worries at all. Thank you, as a fellow TTRPG player and occasional GM I had a lot of fun making it.

Oh. My. Gosh. This was so adorable. The time and effort that was put into this is admirable and inspiring! Thank you for creating such a beautiful piece. I am floored. As a person who is dabbling in Ren'py to see the programming aspects that I would like for my own projects, I'm very happy to see something like this.

Looking forward to seeing more. This was amazing!

This is so fun! I love the dialogue. Puck was my favorite and Pale was so sassy! haha. Well done!

Omg, this was such a cute game! I love Greek mythology. The multiple types of options were great and I wish it were longer! I was yelling because I wanted to give Hades a flower. I need a full game of this. As a person working on a visual novel with the greek gods as characters, I think this was perfectly on theme! Bravo.

My favorite part was the flower options, I loved the art and the concept!

Thank you! As a fellow game master, I am only willing to put out what I'd be willing to run myself! And your wish is my command! TTRPGs and the occasional video game is what I strive for as I have too many ideas to keep them to myself! Is there anything specific you'd like to see in a game? Again, my ideas are endless!

SN: There may be an ARG coming from this... but you didn't hear that from me.

Thank you! As a fellow player and occasional GM it makes me very happy to hear you say that! I'm very happy with how it came out! I appreciate you.

Thank you so much! I am also not usually a horror fan, but with the growing base of horror games, I decided to take a crack at it! I appreciate your kind words. The game can be as light or as dark as you like it to be!

Again I can't thank you enough! <3
