Nah, i still can't find him. Am I the only one who can't find the wizard?

I did, but the door still in locked. I start over and do the guide say like in free time, go to B10 and choose the option pull the stick, and before that i warn the red guy, and in arthur quest, i go to left bottom room then save Arthur and go back to that room but I can't open it, then i go to exit but choose there's something more, but still i can't open it 

How to save the wizard? I do everything as the guide says but the door at left bottom can't be opened
