Wtf is wrong with you?
It’s clearly not AI. Maybe you’re confusing the Thai text in the poster with AI-generated text? Fucking idiot.

Even if it was AI-generated, that doesn’t give you the right to talk to anyone like that.

Instead of creating anything yourself, you come here and make a new account to insult real artists. What a sad little loser you are.

Yeah, I think having a small team of judges would be the most fair option for a future jam.

I’m pretty sure that’s the number of ratings, not the number of people who rated the games.
And I thought it doesn’t matter how many people rated your game, just what the average rating is?
Maybe I’m wrong about that.

It’s just a shame to see you drop out of the jam because this one was my personal favourite!
I would have bet money on either this or homonculus winning. Both were very closely matched in my opinion, but this one felt a little bit more polished.

What? Dude, you probably would have won!
I thought my game wasn’t being rated either but the ‘Submissions in need of ratings’ page only shows games that you haven’t rated.
If you rated all the other games you’ll only see your game in that list, because you can’t rate your own game.
If you open that page in an incognito window though you’ll see the actual vote counts for each game.

Thanks :)

Thanks for the feedback!

Interesting game. The mazes made it really drag on though.
I think if you increased the player’s speed it would be a bit more tolerable.

So many damn mazes in this jam! lol

This is the definition of insanity.
Also, fuck mazes.

nice work btw

11/10

You nailed that early 3d shareware aesthetic, lol
It’s cool that you can buy weapons and return back inside if you need, but having enough candy to buy the snerf gun from the start was a little OP. It’s more powerful than the other weapons and you get tons of ammo when you buy it, so it kind of made the other weapons pointless.
Still a fun game though :)

It started off creepy, but once it became clear that there was no danger, it kind of began to drag.
The ambience and art is nice, but I’m just not really a fan of mazes.

My judgement might be a bit skewed by the 2+ hours I’ve spent walking through mazes in the other games in this jam :|

After murdering 7.3 million goblins, I can confirm that this game is about a goblin massacre.
Also, fuck mazes…

This was cool though! The extra npc dialogue was a nice addition.
The goblin ‘Ahhh’ sound was ear-destroying at the end, but it was also kind of funny because it made me hate the goblins as much as the NPC’s did.

Really, really cool!
The only issues I had were some (imo) unforgiving platforming, and a couple of crashes. The savepoints helped a lot though, and I think the crashes were just efpse being efpse. They seemed related to the audio (new alpha maybe?), because my audio would glitch out for a few seconds before the crash.
Other than that though, I really liked it! Nice job :)

I really like the ambience, and those enemies were very unsettling!
Would have loved to see more, but it was also refreshing to play a shorter game that didn’t overstay its welcome. Nice work :)

This one was a bit too hard for me.
I’m not really sure how to avoid the grim reaper because he moves and attacks at the speed of light, and I kept dying before I knew what direction he was coming from :/

Thanks! I spent almost half the jam getting that menu working, lol
And there’s only two tiers in this build.

I think the game might be bugged, because I can’t leave the first room :/

Edit: Turns out the interact key was bound to ‘f’ and the flashlight was bound to ‘z’.
Interesting game. And nice camera animations! Not many efpse devs use those.

Thanks!
And yeah, there’s a lot of rough edges haha. Lots of things had to get scrapped and reprioritised to get something playable submitted in time.

That link doesn’t work for me

There’s a day and a half left and I’m only about half finished.
I should be able to reel the scope far enough back that I can get ‘something’ finished in time, but it feels bad having to make major compromises.

Right now I’m scrapping the enemy walk animations and just making their sprite bob up/down instead of animating their bodies. Better than nothing, but it still makes me sad :(

I’m not sure procrastinating by writing about it on itch.io is helping either…
